Digital products, no return shipping
Hepaly purchases consist of downloadable French PDF files. There are no physical books to send back and no return shipping charges.
Immediate access and right of withdrawal
Your PDFs are available immediately upon payment confirmation: by confirming your order, you request immediate access to your digital files and waive your right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, no 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders placed under this version. Orders placed under prior versions retain the rights and terms recorded at the time of purchase. Statutory legal guarantees, including cases of non-conforming digital content, remain fully applicable.
Inaccessible or defective file?
Email contact@hepaly.com with your order number, the volume name, and a description of the problem. We will assist you in downloading a valid file. If the issue cannot be resolved, statutory remedies and refunds under applicable law will apply.
Request a refund
An inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, or non-compliant file? Write to contact@hepaly.com with your order email address and reference number: we will help you restore access or offer the solution provided for by applicable law. If your order retains a 14-day right of withdrawal (earlier versions), please state this in your message; no reason is required to exercise it. For any other refund request, please specify the issue encountered. Any accepted refund is made to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. A full refund removes download access to the order concerned.
Subscription and refund
A refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription. To stop upcoming charges, use your secure account area before the due date.
The Hepaly app: a separate, optional add-on
When offered on the product page and at checkout, you can add "Le monde des curieux" app by checking an optional, initially unchecked box. This offer grants 30 days of free access starting from order confirmation, followed by a subscription of €13.99 incl. VAT per month, automatically renewed on the payment method used. Buying the workbooks is always possible without this option.
This subscription is independent of the PDF purchases and the monthly club: it continues after Volume 3 if you do not cancel it. One trial per parent account; the offer is not intended for accounts already subscribed to the app. Workbook discount codes do not apply to this subscription. The app amount due on the day of the order is €0.
A separate email confirms the trial end date, App Store and Google Play links, and instructions. In the application, choose "Log in" then "Continue with email" using the exact email address from your order to restore access. Saving activity logs is a separate option to be activated by the parent. Check the app terms of use and compatibility.
Cancel before the next renewal date from your secure account area, using the "Cancel app subscription" button, to avoid the next charge. During the 30 free days, cancelling before the stated date avoids any app billing. Access remains open until the displayed renewal date. Cancelling the app does not cancel the PDF club, and vice versa.
For this service, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date. Use "Withdraw from app subscription" in your account area: after confirmation, the contract and app access stop immediately, free of charge during this trial period. You can also write to contact@hepaly.com, specifying your order email and your decision to withdraw from the app; no reason is required. Waiving the right of withdrawal for PDFs does not affect this subscription. Your legal guarantees, including digital service conformity, remain applicable.
