These terms govern digital sales on hepaly.com by Blue Gorilla Consulting LTD, identified in the legal notice. Version: digital-20261011-no-withdrawal.
1. Digital products
Hepaly offers two collections of activity workbooks in French in A4 PDF format. Each volume includes 64 pages, including covers, a story, 42 activities, a parents' guide, and answer keys. Recommended ages are guidelines; a free sample is available. No printed book, physical materials, or printing services are included.
2. Prices and offers
Prices are listed in euros, including applicable sales taxes: €14.95 for Volume 1 as a one-time purchase, or €12.45 per month, per collection, and per family license with the club. The €2.50 savings compares these two purchasing options, not a former price. No shipping fees are charged. Hepaly promotional codes are single-use and valid until the stated date; they cannot be combined and, for the club, apply to the first payment only. The discount is displayed before payment.
3. Ordering and payment
You review the cart, license quantities, and totals before paying. Stripe processes secure payments; Hepaly does not store card data. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment receipt. Your email address allows you to receive order confirmation and access your PDFs.
4. Monthly club
The first payment provides access to Volume 1. The following volume is billed each month at the agreed rate, for as long as it remains available. Three volumes are currently offered per collection: subscription ends upon expiration after Volume 3, with no fourth charge. You can cancel before any upcoming renewal date in your account area, with no minimum commitment duration. Previously purchased PDFs remain accessible. See the subscription terms.
5. Access and compatibility
PDFs are accessible via download in your secure area after payment. On another device, request a code sent to your order email. An internet connection and a PDF reader are required. File sizes are approximately 55 to 65 MB per volume. Activities are designed to be printed on A4 paper, preferably in color; printing is your responsibility. PDFs do not contain interactive form fields. See the access terms.
6. Immediate access and right of withdrawal
Your PDFs are accessible immediately upon payment confirmation, with no mandatory checkbox required. By confirming your order, you request immediate access to your PDFs and waive your right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for digital content whose performance has begun after your express prior consent and express waiver. Orders placed under previous versions remain governed by the terms and consents recorded at time of purchase. Your statutory legal guarantees remain applicable, notably in the event of inaccessible or non-compliant content. See the refund policy.
7. Conformity and support
Legal guarantees applicable to digital content and services remain preserved. Please report any inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, or non-compliant file to contact@hepaly.com along with your order reference. We will help you restore access or offer the solution provided for by applicable law.
8. User license
A license authorizes downloading, saving onto your devices, and printing for personal, family use within a single household. You may reprint activities for this household. Resale, public sharing, uploading online, and redistributing the PDF are strictly prohibited. For professional or group usage, please contact us.
9. Contact and disputes
Write to contact@hepaly.com stating your order reference. We seek amicable solutions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain fully applicable.
The Hepaly app: a separate, optional add-on
When offered on the product page and at checkout, you can add "Le monde des curieux" app by checking an optional, initially unchecked box. This offer grants 30 days of free access starting from order confirmation, followed by a subscription of €13.99 incl. VAT per month, automatically renewed on the payment method used. Buying the workbooks is always possible without this option.
This subscription is independent of the PDF purchases and the monthly club: it continues after Volume 3 if you do not cancel it. One trial per parent account; the offer is not intended for accounts already subscribed to the app. Workbook discount codes do not apply to this subscription. The app amount due on the day of the order is €0.
A separate email confirms the trial end date, App Store and Google Play links, and instructions. In the application, choose "Log in" then "Continue with email" using the exact email address from your order to restore access. Saving activity logs is a separate option to be activated by the parent. Check the app terms of use and compatibility.
Cancel before the next renewal date from your secure account area, using the "Cancel app subscription" button, to avoid the next charge. During the 30 free days, cancelling before the stated date avoids any app billing. Access remains open until the displayed renewal date. Cancelling the app does not cancel the PDF club, and vice versa.
For this service, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date. Use "Withdraw from app subscription" in your account area: after confirmation, the contract and app access stop immediately, free of charge during this trial period. You can also write to contact@hepaly.com, specifying your order email and your decision to withdraw from the app; no reason is required. Waiving the right of withdrawal for PDFs does not affect this subscription. Your legal guarantees, including digital service conformity, remain applicable.
